We do not give any guarantees about the availability or speed

reliable, but as with everything in life things can go wrong. In
this case we will endeavor to fix it as soon as possible as we use the
network too! No guarantees can be made about how long it may take
to resolve the problem!
1 Our Internet pipe is finite so if you are using peer-2-peer
file sharing programs please adjust the program settings to not
hog all the available bandwidth, it is also worth noting that these
programs will work better in the wee hours of the night. Remember
sharing some content maybe illegal!
