Let's get right to the point - there is no formal support for you with this network! Why is that? how can we 'sell' a service with no support we hear you ask.... Your connection subscription is the minimum needed to supply the network to your area there is nothing spare to pay somebody to wait at the end of a phone for your call, sorry about that.
We however have an online Network status page where you can see what is going on and report a fault you can always email support@svw.org.uk and of course you can always Google.
SVW is also setting up links with computer professionals in the area that can help too.
